2. Description of Service
adlance is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create video advertisements, marketing posters, UGC content, and other marketing materials using artificial intelligence. The Service includes various features such as video generation, image creation, character libraries, script generation, and brand kit management.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Payment Terms and Billing
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments for credits, subscriptions, and other services are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.
5.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5.3 Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases that provide credits for using our AI generation services. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
5.4 Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to paid features. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.
5.6 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees applicable to your purchase. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy. In summary:
- Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the billing period
- Refunds may be available in limited circumstances as specified in our Refund Policy
- Failed generations due to technical issues will result in automatic credit refunds
7. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and display your User Content on the Service
- Use your User Content to provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Use anonymized or aggregated User Content for analytics and service improvement
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to create and use such content. You agree not to create content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Is illegal, harmful, or violates applicable laws
- Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
