2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and handled by Razorpay in accordance with industry standards.

3. Credit Pack Purchases

3.1 Non-Refundable Credits

Credit packs purchased on adlance are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. This policy applies because:

  • Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase
  • Credits are digital goods that cannot be returned
  • Credits never expire, providing long-term value

3.2 Failed Generation Refunds

If an AI generation fails due to technical issues on our end, the credits used for that generation will be automatically refunded to your account. This includes:

  • API failures or service outages
  • Technical errors preventing successful generation
  • System malfunctions

Credits are only deducted for successful generations. Failed attempts are automatically refunded.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all subscription features until the end of your paid period.

Refund Policy: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and have not used more than 20% of your monthly credits, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing year.

Refund Policy: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. However, if you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription and have not used more than 10% of your annual credits, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

4.3 How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your adlance account
  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

5. Refund Requests

5.1 Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Service not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • Billing errors or incorrect charges

5.2 How to Request a Refund

  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request

5.3 Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

7. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
